2026 Season Rates & Passholder Information

Pleasant Valley Golf Club has adopted new policies for: Process/Payment, Cancellation, and No-Shows as of April 1st, 2026. To help keep tee times open and available for everyone, golfers (including pass holders) who accrue more than five no-show reservations may be subject to additional fees and reservation restrictions.

Our Cancellation and No-Show policies are not about penalizing anyone; it's about promoting responsibility and ensuring that golf remains a vibrant and accessible sport for all. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but a little consideration can go a long way in enhancing the golf experience for all of us. Let's come together to preserve the traditions and the camaraderie that make golf so special.

Process/Payments:

• Tee Times must be secured with a credit card, but no payment is taken at the time of booking.
• Payment is settled at the Pro Shop during check-in.
• Payment can be made via cash, the credit card on file, or an alternative card.
• All card platform payments will result in a 3% surcharge.
• Golfers should check in at least 20 minutes prior to their tee time.

Cancellation Policy—

• To avoid no-show charges, reduce the number of players, or cancel the tee time 24 hours or more in advance.
• You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (724) 628-6360 x 3.
• To Cancel or Modify a tee time, you can log into your account 24 hours prior. Cancellations inside of 24 hours cannot be done online. You must call the golf course at 724-628-6360 x 3.

• If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a "No Show Fee" for all players booked under the reservation.

No-Show Policy—

• The credit card on file will be charged $20 for each no-show player

• No-Show reservations will be considered "repeat offenses" if they occur within a 6-month period from the first notification and number more than 5 No-Shows.
• Repeated No-Show reservations may be penalized as by either suspension and/or revocation of reservation privileges.

Tee Time Adjustments and Disclaimers—

• Pleasant Valley Golf Club reserves the right to add players to your tee time to create a complete foursome.
• Pleasant Valley Golf Club cannot guarantee the nines booked. Rotations are at the course’s discretion.
